ABOUT
I am an operator who specializes in helping businesses grow and scale. Most recently, I served as President of a Texas-based construction services company, helping grow the business from a small owner-operated roll-off operation into a full- service commercial site services provider serving more than 1,500 job sites and 750+ customers annually across Central Texas.Earlier in my career, I held executive leadership roles in venture- and private equity-backed companies and began my career in FP&A with Fortune 100 organizations.I am now seeking to acquire and personally lead a single industrial business for long-term ownership. My search is focused on the Southern United States, with a strong preference for Texas.
PREVIOUS ACQUISITION
I previously identified and acquired a viable standalone business that its owner had planned to close as part of a broader transition. Under my ownership, the company retained virtually its entire customer base and grew revenue 3.7x within the first 24 months.I continued leading the business for more than a decade. Today, a long-time employee manages its day-to-day operations as we work toward an eventual transfer of ownership. The experience reinforced my belief that a successful acquisition is about more than completing a transaction. It is about recognizing the value in what an owner has built, preserving important customer and employee relationships, and creating a path for the business to continue and grow.
STEWARDSHIP
This is not a financial flip. I’m looking to own and operate a business long-term. That means I focus on continuity:
supporting your team, maintaining your customer relationships, and building on what you created. For an owner, the right buyer is someone who will carry the business forward with care and accountability.
CAPITAL
I partner with experienced investors who are prepared to move efficiently when there is a strong fit.
